Plug and abandon normally = lose the lease? How would that work for Devon?

How did you find that CHK is drilling in Medina I cant see where the permit is recorded or filed. Or is the ODNR delayed?

The point pleasant is were most of oil is correct? Is the trenton/black river above it below it or the same as it?
Comment by Carl Finley on February 13, 2013 at 4:11am
So I would guess only part of Medina County is in the oil sweet spot correct?

Dont kill me here cause I'm still learning but would they drill a horizontal into the Black River/Trenton Formation?

CHK is coming west that cant be bad news! Unless they need some tax deductions for 2013! Or they dont trust Devons word? Why do all these companies maps still show 1/3 of Ashland County and most all of Richland County not in the oil window?

Sounds like the 3D seismic will be on the East side of Ashland County. The Eichelberger well is on the west side of Ashland County.

The info I received this morning by someone that just signed an agreement with Precision Geo, they are performing seismic testing down c.r.251 from the intersection of twhsp1210 heading south across st.rte.250 and a little further. Approximately 4 miles. Precision is using charges.

Saw a thumper truck on the back of a semi on St Rt 250 North of Ashland heading south. At least there being transported thru Ashland County! LOL
