Calla a lawyer did draft our letter. I think he has the first draft for us to review. Sorry to be misleading. I will have to get my lease at my lawyers to see what it says. I think I might be safe since my lease is the one that's got the screwed up wording at the courthouse.

My area has lots in june! Our original pipeline group from when Devon wanted to run the pipeline from the Eichelberger well is meeting on the 13th. Our goal is to start putting together our end of lease letter to send to Devon. Our little birdie in oil is recommending we do this Calla and JODI do you agree as well this needs done? I've already disscussed with my lawyer about clearing my title when my lease expires. Any thing else we should consider?

That's what I'm watching for, we have leases around here getting ready to run out. I believe august will be one of the first.

Well most of the mens minds let that one slide i didnt! I must still not be evolved! LOL! In your opinion will companies try to lock up entire areas or entire townships? Or 640 acre blocks together? I'm not a fan of large land groups for my own reasons but would a small say 640 acre land group all touching be smart?

Allowed us to communicate so these companies dont take advantage of us again. Enervest is a big player to come into that area!

Wow you guy's were busy last night. Sounds like someones trying to lease around St Rt 13 and St Rt 224 thats the Richland County - Huron County area. Central Ohio doesnt seem to be as dead as they want us to believe. This year will be interesting.
