Hi Anthony,

We can not determine what the signing bonus will be or what future royalities will be. We have one of the best Attorneys in the oil & gas negotiations business. Richard Emens. He will negotiate the best deal he can get for us and then the members vote on it. Our lease will be very landowner friendly.

Every member will get one vote per acre based on the acres they own.

Like all votes-majority rules.

Hi Richard,
I checked out your site,nice job. Have a question for though. On your sign up sheet there are no numbers listed anywhere such as bonus signup per acre or future royalty payments. Do you have figures you are aiming for when dealing with gas companies? If so how will they be determined? Do individual landowner such as myself have a say at this point?

Billy I had alot of help. I just tweeked it a little bit and added a couple of things. I don't even know how to change my profile picture. I get lost pretty quick on the computer.

I will definitely try to be there for the next meeting. Does anybody have an idea of average price per acre for all wooded Perry county land with open minerals. Just curious, I know there's not really a set average price but any numbers from recent transactions would help. thanks

We had a good meeting on the 25th.

we had about 100 people present.

Our guest speaker was Scott Miller- director of energy and environmental programs - Voinovich School of leadership and Public Affairs - Ohio university, Athens Ohio.

We also had a question and answer period about old leases and having your water well tested before and after any oil well is drilled near you.

 

We are growing - come and be a part of it.
