Hi Billy,

At this time there are no plans to put any records like that on line.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful at the Perry County Recorders office.

Although I do not live in Perry County I'd like to bring this to your attention. Why is it that you can not go on line and search the Perry County Recorders Office for title, deeds and leases? You can in Muskingum County, Licking and others. Guernsey County has updated to a new mapping system which is also nice. See the Muskingum County Recorders site http://recorder.muskingumcounty.org/mcreconline.html compare it to Licking County Recorders Office http://www.lcounty.com/recordings  in the search just type in say Artex for a name and see the results. If you know of someone in the county enter their name and you can find if they are under a lease as well. 

 You might like to ask your commissioners why Perry County is without this.

I don't keep track of other landowner groups but you are welcome to come to our meeting on the 25th. We are trying to educate the public about leasing. Everyone is welcome.

I recently purchased some land in southern Perry county. It is currently unleased. Wondering if there is a landowner group in the area I could join. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That is a different landowners group.

Our Official name is:

Perry County Landowners Association Inc.

We are the only group allowed to use this name.

I thought there was to be a Perry county group meeting on 4/21 at 6pm at New Lexington high school?
