We are interested in selling our 94.5 acres in Eldred Township. The mineral rights come with property. I did not know if anyone might know of any companies or people who might be interested. Thanks.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any companies that might be interested in buying mineral rights in Warren County. We have 94 acres that is not leased and we are looking to sell.

Correction ! I mentioned a few posts back that I thought XTO has some leases around here, I was wrong, it is EXCO N. Thanks Edward,you spurred me to dig out and look at the maps.
The Swart property 38 acres sold with all oil/gas/mineral and wind rights. A friend told me this, at that it sold for 100 and some thousand.
Does anyone know if the Swart Property on Piccadilly that sold at auction on Saturday sold OGM's with the sale or did the seller keep them? What did it sell for, does anyone know?

rapid reastate is a company trying to form a group to sell our leases as far as us guys on the hill here in columbus we are going to form our own group with landowers only NOmiddle man
Range Resources is on picadilly hill over towards West Spring Creek,including the metering station. I'll see what XTO wells can find on my maps.
I might take a ride and check and see what company has leases on picadilly and beck rd.
Jed do you know where those leases are located at...the ones that XTO still has around Columbus and Spring Creek?
I'm not positive but I believe the offer was 1500 and 15%. RR is a large group that markets your land and then takes a piece of the pie. I know I'm not interested...I don't feel that we need to join groups like this to be able to get a well written lease with fair terms. I will be patient and see what happens.
So who is Rapid Realty, sound like a flipper to me. What were they offering ?
