Rich, I have heard of it but cannot track down the details or any contact info on who is making the offers. This offer is the reason a group of local landowners and I are starting a landowner group in eastern Wayne county. Please find out what you can and let us know here.

Have any of you heard about Shell pushing for leaseholds through a group from east of Wayne?  Apparently they are looking to lease lands east of S.R. 83 for a $3000 signing bonus.  I know no other details.  This from a co-worker who was approached by someone from that group?  Confirm or deny if you can, please.
