Gerald- Good to have you aboard. I went to school w/ a Denny Hoobler (a few years ago). He was a good athelete. In what township is your property? Ours is in Rose.. Chesapeake told me last week they are setting up a drilling pad on the Ramsey farm (nest to ours) on Clay Rd. Does that affect your land? - Denver
