Many folks have posted on this site that time will tell if the Utica and Marcellus shale plays will ever amount to anything important. From my perspective it appears that the big boys think so. Large…Continue

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |

One of my interests is near the epicenter of CHK's "Core of the Core".
I am now in production with a six lateral pad and am even more curious as to what is going on with this play.
With caution & discretion on both our parts, my number is (330) 837-0359.
I live in western Stark County.
My very strong bias is towards the landowner/leaseholder who's interests are strongly correlated with my interests in this play.
Mark,
I do not mean to be too forward, but I am curious as to your occupation - in general. Do you work in the industry? Do you have interests in the local area (trumbull - mahoning -mercer) like Fang, Marcus, Ron and some others? I have read good info on this site - have learned - and have posted a good deal of info on this site over a year. I have informed a great deal of farmers of what I have learned. Personally I hope this small venue will lead to much larger venues where we can "educate" the masses as to what is going on and being planned. Nobody I have talked to in recent weeks has even heard of the BlueGrass Pipeline to run from this are to texas. BTW sorry to ramble Mark, thanks for reading - I am an older farmers "hired hand", army medic, electrical engineer, systems analyst, and back to good ole boy. Take care
NO!
Hi Mark,
Currently looking into that.
Thank you sir for the friend request. I graciously accept and will do my part in the education and representation we need as landowners in this new frontier
