Well, its been said before and we will say it again. The water in Dimock is safe. It has now been declared by Cabot Oil and Gas, Pennsylvania DEP and the Environmental Protection Agency. The agency’s latest findings match its previous determinations- Dimock’s water is safe to drink, does not pose a threat to human health, and requires no further action. The release speaks for itself so we have included that in its entirety below. With this latest announcement it seems no one shares the litigants viewpoint and that they are quickly running out of options.

A settlement appears to be in the making.
Hopefully the Carter Road folks can move on and go back to living their lives. Does this mean their lawsuit is over and offers from Cabot no longer valid? So happy for the Dimock people!!!!
They've already moved on to what they think are for fertile grounds!

This is great news; I recommend that Keith delete all the posts relation to Dimock water quality concerns so that the antis won't continue sharing these non-truths via Twitter or Facebook. Once again, knowledge and pure science triumphs over hype and unfounded fear.
