Introduce Yourself
I'm a father, husband, son, and oil and gas professional who has worked passionately in the Marcellus and Utica Shale Plays for just over six years. Born and raised in a small, Eastern Ohio town, I can relate to the needs and concerns of the folks that reside here. Over the years, I have built solid relationships with landowners and producers alike, and have learned to mesh the interests of both, resulting in fair and honest negotiations for all involved. My goal is to do my part in helping to make this a smooth and progressive transition into production.

I recently inherited a portion of land located in Monroe County. I am looking to get rid of a small portion my interests. My property is currently leased with 12.5% old lease. The portion I want to get rid of is just a small piece of what I own. I want to retain the surface for future pipeline activity. 80 acre portion (I have interest in approximately 500 acres). My theory why not make some money if the price was right? Approximately 15% of what I got. I want $1,600,000 for the rights to the property.
