Have you seen the lease?  Is it the standard O&G Lease that grants them rights to everything under the sun, or is it actually decent for the landowner?  What was the royalty % & is it off the net or gross?

Mike.. I noticed on the DNR site that it says 3600' on the Kimbolton well and some other comments..

Is that current drilling depth ?
