Ann; thanks for posting that! It's interesting to see the potential royalties! I'd be more than happy with a fraction of their royalty income! I wonder if that's from being in a unit with 6 wells all producing? Of course that's early production and will fall off quickly in a year or two, and it's a good gas area, but still, it shows the possibilities....

Yes, thanks for posting that. On the auction page there is a pdf of the appraisal which is really interesting to see - that is the first one I have seen. It is a 60+ page document and really lays out that lands situation - maps , production etc.. It looks like 6 of 8 wells are producing since last year to some extent.
