I understand that a "large group" from different parts of beaver co. signed with ches. in aug. for 2250/15% gross. I am assuming the large group is mt. jackson. ???? Some of my neighbors recently signed with coexprise/mt. jack for 3000/17% gross from hill group. Would both hill corp and ches. be leasing in the same area?
Permalink Reply by mike on January 4, 2012 at 5:09am    Shell is in Lawrence and was told by landman that they are in Northern Beaver. Shell is $3250.00 5 year + 5 year 18% gross. not sure but it is said Hillcorp is $4000.00 in Northern Beaver
