It looks like the EPA's study is going to get through donkey kicking.  The EPA did a study on Second Hand Smoke years ago that was thrown out by a federal judge as being unscientific, biased. It was later overturned on technicality not upon merit. But the anti Smoking Cartel thrives upon that study and even the US SURGEON GENERAL a former trustee of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (aka Johnson and Johnson) makes millions upon smoking cessation products. Money can buy science.

After witnessing the EPA's all out assult on the coal industry first hand and seeing their new leadership style of deception. Their credibility level in near ZERO in my book.

 Dust particles 1/20th the size of a human hair that are killing thousands of people, thousands of miles away??????

And 72,000 pages of new regulations against the people they are suppose to protect.

Time to regroup!!!!!
