Offer to landowners in Kinsman area?

i was out at my land in kinsman today and spoke with a neighbor whos part od a land owners group. he told me the group has just been presented with a 6200 per acre offer but couldn't tell me terms of the offer.  i didn't think to ask what group he was part of. anyone know what land group would include that area, contact info for it, and any other info on this offer?

What's the name of the land owner's gorup?  If he's your neighbor, why wouldn't you just ask him what group he bleongs to?  Afterall, he was neighborly enough to disclose what he was getting.
