Does anyone have advice on what i can do about  1.  not being placed in a unit when they drilled 3 wells ( 2 horizontal 1 vertical) 300 ft from my property line.  2. Placed the vertical well on inactive status.   I contacted chevron and they said i was not part of the pool.

You are not providing enough information to allow meaningful comment.

What State, County, Township?

Are you HBP?

Who are you leased with?

When does the lease expire (assuming you are not HBP)?

Are the two horizontal wells in the pool producing into pipeline?

Have your neighbors told you how good the wells are?

Are the wells dry gas or wet gas?

What is the size of the pool?

How many acres in your property?

I am in Pa  , Fayette County,  Henry Clay Twp.   The wells are not producing as of today and the pipeline has not been constructed.      My lease is about to expire with Atlas Energy which is now Chevron Appalachia and they seem to have little interest in renewing since the wells were drilled on my neighbors 200 acres,  The gas is dry and  not sure on size of pool.   i own forty seven.  Thanks for any comment that may help.
