I need info on activity in Noble county, Buffalo Twp. I have a relative who has 25 acres on Wilderness Rd who is interested in getting it leased.

We're in Buffalo Twp and just signed an agreement with Lensman & Assoc to seek a lease for us. I contacted them from an ad in the Caldwell paper. If interested, I'll get their email & ph # for you.

Judy Woodard, I thought you were a member of Des's group & inner circle what happened????
I was away from Feb to April. During that time Des held no meeting, closed no deals, then I read that he had a scheme to run titles to make money. Unfortunately, I think Des is all smoke and mirrors and is totally unable to deliver what he claims. So we bowed out of his group. As far as being part of an "inner circle", all I have ever done is attend his meetings and share everything I'd been told or emailed so that we would all be able to get a good deal. So we responded to the ad in the Caldwell paper announcing $5150 per acre bonus and 20% royalty. According to the ad, they are interested in Buffalo Twp and several others. I called Melissa Brown at Lensman & Associates Law firm. She emailed me the forms. I sent back the forms as well as a copy of our deed. Her number is 330-526-0206. If this turns out to be another lousy dead end, I'm sorry. I'd like every family in Noble County to get rich or at least get better off. Good luck and God bless us all.

I held onto the ad for a while, but I can't find it now. It was in the Journal-Leader in Caldwell and it was 2 weeks ago. If you go into the office in Caldwell, they will give you back issues. I don't think they're online, but you can check. If you call the number I gave you, she can probably email you a copy of the ad.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
