I had a name of a geologist at the state back in 07 but I think he went with one of the gas companies. I heard him on the radio just yesterday speaking about the water and the gas production in PA.

He was extremely knowledgable in 07 and my guess is, sinse he did a lot of the negotiations, would have had some knowledge about the Utica and would have protected the state from giving anything away for nothing.

Just a hunch.

Yes, Seneca has the Utica on the state leases. I am the leasing manager for SRC.

 Dave is the infrastructure in place or in the process to get the gas to market in Middlebury Tioga county ?
