They won't have to run a long one for Mahar. There is already a pipeline across the street behind Brunk's.
CNX has plans of tapping into it with the Hendricks well. They are waiting for EPA approval to auger under some wetlands.
Access Midstream (formerly affiliated with Chesapeake but don't recall the details and its a separate company now) is building two pipelines (Millport and Teegarden) right now in Columbiana County to gather wet gas for the UEO (Utica East Ohio) Cryogenic Plant in Kensington. I imagine they will gather most if not all of the Chesapeake Wells. Other companies may also choose to use Access Midstream pipelines and UEO facility there. There are some other wells and permits near Mahar but in Columbiana County. It is interesting to watch it develop sometimes very slowly and sometimes they are working like crazy. Sometimes they have to wait on RUMA and ROW agreements to be in place and like you mentioned there are creeks, wetlands, etc to deal with. Right now the Millport Pipeline has lots of activity near us. They are preparing to go under a road and a stream nearby, and also out on County Home road they had lots of workers today who are going to go under the road and a huge wetlands are with pipe.
