Mineral Transfers in Washington County

I saw the Marietta Times showed several transfers of Mineral Deeds from Midwest Land Services (Steubenville) to OGI Inc.  (Colorado).  Some larger amounts of money involved in the transfer.  

Anyone have insight on what these mineral rights might be transfering for per acre?
