I haven't been out here in a long while. I still have 38.6 acres in Guernsey County, Center Twp that I would like to lease. Is there any oil companies leasing this year?

With the State whining about not enough $$$ to do this,or that with the park, you would think at $7000. per acre, and Royalties on what?18,000 acres? would be enough incentive to lease. They wouldn't even have to have a drilling rig,or trucks for that matter in the park. Center twp. would be the spot for pads! I heard that since the state, back in the day, more or less TOOK the land to build it,and there may be a problem with proving who actually owns those mineral rights. Anyone out there have any info?
