I heard up around 40% deductions from Rex.

Not for everyone. Our lease with Shell/Rex is 15% with no deductions.

We aren't drilled yet either Trapper.   Center Twp. Butler Co.. We thought things were going to get started last year with SWEPI at the Renick pad, it ended up on hold. Talked to a Land Agent on the phone from REX and he said they are hoping to get things rolling by the end of this year. He wouldn't get any more specific than that. FYI, we are getting royalties from XTO in Forward TWP. Butler and they are pretty good even with deductions.

Care to share your dollar amount per acre/per month? What percentage? 

It would be nice for the rest of us to know maybe what to expect. We have heard everything from $1/acre/month to $1000/acre/month

It does vary greatly, that's why you're hearing that. As you probably already know, size of  unit, your acreage amount, MCF produced, your royalty % and the price of gas are all factors. I can tell you what I am hearing in our area, people are getting about $150 to $200 net per acre per well. That's with newer wells. Production drops slowly over time. Hope that helps. Seems people go silent when it comes to sharing royalty information.  Can't understand why since one can do so anonymously.  But $150-200 net doesn't seem to be much.

I would be ecstatic if my 51.64 acres paid me $200 each per well per month! Visions of early retirement dance in my head.
