I've seen quite a few pads being built before permits were even listed so I'm sure they know it's a sure thing that they will be approved.

American Energy Utica finally put up their sign . They are calling it the Shipman wls.   NO Permit yet, not at the ODNR or the County Engineers office. Unless they are not current,or updated yet. The limestone has been put on the pad and driveway. If they go S.E. they will get to Daddy Shugerts spread, if they go N.W. they will go right under Old Washington and maybe the High School?

Looks like the Shipman wells will go S.E.  mostly Shugert property. thanks to the maps from the RUMA papers of the Eggleston wells on Easton Rd.They probably don't want to deal with the state & I-70 issues.

They wont go under I-70 so it will probably go to Daddy Shugarts

Yea. They set up n drill along I-70, then take their laterals away from it. In 20 years, when they get everyone drilled, there may be a swath 300 ft wide running east to west, that is untouched!   The state is losing out on SO much $$$. Oh,well. they still get plenty from us tax payers.

I have to wonder why us landowners can be force pooled and the state is immune?  That money could be put to good use on roads and bridges. Maybe the taxes could be reduced for at least the elderly. Many people who live in town or rent are not really benefiting from the gas and oil business. Not all but many.

The government is not immune.  ODOT has been force pooled several times.

Someone asked about the Aep. or now AEA regional office bldg. near the Airport. Went by there today,.They have the footers in, and some steel framework assembled.Looks like they are building the service bldgs./garages 1st. Just guessing, but not much going on in this deepfreeze!

Does anyone know if AEU is still honoring the Ammendments to OIL, GAS AND MINERAL LEASE....in Guernsey county...we signed over 90 days ago and it was for 90 days and have heard nothing..unless it is 90 working days...then goes to March 5th.... it was for the pooling clause, we were HBP with Enervest

It's ALWAYS business days unless stated otherwise. don't count sat. sun. any kind of holidays, sometimes maybe the day before and after holidays.
