Created a group for any landowners dealing or interested in the ET Rover Pipeline (pending approval)

This group is for anyone that wants to be informed about the ET Rover Pipeline Project.  It serves as a means to share information reguarding but not limited to ROW, Damages, Pricing, and Negotiation so that we can benefit as a group.  Please invite anyone you may know to join this group.

Was contacted last fall. Believe they are going to walk the farm this spring. Property is in North township in Harrison co.

Transfer of 115 acres to Rover pipeline in Switzerland Twp, Monroe Co Ohio;   this area is known as the Clarington Hub.   Transfer published in Monroe Co Beacon last issue.

Rumor is that Rover has purchased two homes near, actually almost on top of proposed right of way;  one in WV and one in OHIO.   I have not been able to confirm if rumors are true.

Property was purchased in last couple of weeks just down the road from us in Wayne County, Ohio. The sale was published in Daily Record for $600,000.

Auditor website states 0.894 (house on property). Last sold for $130,000 in 2012. The house was basically in the way......

Here is the answer to what Rover paid for the 115 acres in Switzerland TWP, Monroe County, Ohio

1.25 million   location is at the "Clarington hub".
