No, they have a few of both. Just can't frac. The sites r there to show them.
Bill I kind of thought of that..:0) My grandmother is expecting to have money and she really won't see a profit unless a well is directly put onto her property and soon..She is 93..Not that she will expire tomorrow. She could live until 110!
Why would the well have to be on her property? Couldn't she be included in a unit with the well on someone else's property?
fewer and fewer pads are planned since drilling operations can reach out further and more than one kind of well can be set up on one pad. This is an effort to limet effect on the area, nature ect.  You stand to profit more if you don not have land with a pad since down the road, some won't want to leave near wells that need tended.  This is based on the inconvenyence of visits from well tenders and the fact that your saturday picnic may be interupted by a pickup on a dusty road and no other reason.
That's my point; units in my area are 600+ acres; the well pad can be half a mile or more away. I was curious why Robin says the well has to be on grandmom's property.

Great, knowlage wants to be free as Chuck said, but this artical is CRAP!

these people don't come out to see for themselves, they only read stuff on line, call loosers with nothing better to do than be home in the trailerpark and get stories and BS docs who want to move a windfarm along.  Ever notice you never see a doc or a lawyer on those shows?  Also, drillingman man has friends in the oil law business who have been aware of land owners (with wells about to go dry) that take part in fraud cases and win settlements out of court over water issues.

untill a case is proven and true details stated these paper people should stay out of our business.

maybe we should test the water damaged by poverty and meth production  OR the water and wells damaged by wealthy boy Golf courses.

Again ... the url is for a webpage that consists of a map based on data/testing from the PA DEP.
Dps put on a lot of misleading information
Irrelevant.  The point was that you "commented" on something you hadn't bothered to look at first.  Or, it could have been an intentional straw man.  Either way, you misrepresented what I posted.
