Just an FYI that there is a landowners group with approx 17,000 acres + that I have not seen mentioned here. You can look into this group at www.ohiogasattorneys.com

 

The last meeting was also yesterday at the St. Florian Hall.

They got a deal with CHK in place. $2400/17.5%/CHK paying attorneys fees for landowners. The lease is pretty good, a lot of addendums. They are taking new people but not for long.
