What's going on in your area?? any info???

Just curious...

     I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

Many large trucks traveling up Broughton Hollow road yesterday and today.  We are too far away from road to see what was going on. I did drive up to where the access right of way road went to Painter well.  The gate was open and some activity was afoot  but I could not see what was going on.

Later in the day I noticed a truck loaded with corn on  its way to the Painter farm.  Probably that is what We heard. Cant say for sure.

Yep, I checked it out. They were carrying corn. And now  Painter's cows can and do provide milk and meat for other folks that have absolutely no interest in the welfare and happiness of their grandchildren.  No interested in their own offspring?  Anyone who states this on a public chat group will not have any interest in anyone's offspring at all!  And they must have had a miserable childhood.  Such a person must be pitied!

Ok, I heard they’re done drilling the 7 wells. They’re moving the rig to another location. Most likely frack qtr 1 2020.

Some new activity is being planned on the pipeline between Painter and Abplanalp  wells. 

Any one have info on it?

I saw a new permit for the Lingle 1102 pad in Deerfield township. This pad has three (Utica?) producing wells, IP in Nov.2017. They were not 'killer wells', but decent.

Permit type-Expedited E&S Stormwater General Permit 1

Is this just a maintenance issue, or could they be expanding the pad to accommodate new wells?

Some years ago I learned how a spreadsheet works. Lu was working at a personal care home and she asked me to work up a financial system that included all the expenses. (Food, Supplies, Electric and gas bills, the entire financial set up!) Lu wanted a system that could include everyone's,  (worker,s pay) timesheet.   (Days off and vacation time too.)  In short everthing that could be or was included in the operation of this personal care home.

It took me awhile to learn how spreadsheets worked and how to enter the values needed or wanted.  Later on I was to become the executor of my mother's will. That spreadsheet was great help in finding what bills needed to be paid. 

Anyway I hope to find another spreadsheet program to help us with keeping track of royalty income.

I suggest to anyone dealing with confusing royalty payments to learn how to set up a spreadsheet.  Once it is set up, the rest is not hard to do.
