I've discussed Somerset County Marcellus potential with several folks in the industry recently. They are optimistic that the area will be active in the future. Wondering what you all are hearing?
Come on Somerset let us all in, or is this only for Columbia pipeline. Any info on the new leases terms would be very helpful. Thanks.
I have a client with property in Springs, PA, which is Elk Lick Township. Does anyone know if Chief is actively seeking leases around that area?

Chief Exploration and Development offered to lease my land in Jenner Township for $50.00/ acre for the initial signing and then $1500.00 per mineral acre for a 5 year lease. Does any one else know if this is reasonable for this area? I haven't signed anything yet.
