Selling property with minersl rights

We are interested in selling our 94.5 acres in Eldred Township. The mineral rights come with property. I did not know if anyone might know of any companies or people who might be interested. Thanks.

Anybody want 14 net acres in the Sheffield Township? Current shallow production pays $350+ per month. Post your email and I'll shoot an email if so.

Thanks Jeff. Just watched the well tender drive up the road followed by a flatbed semi with a mini excavator on it. I think they are working across the road. They will probably be replacing this old gas line that runs next to my driveway

Did the Swart property have any producing gas wells on the property.

Uncle sye the swart property went for 140, 000 .
