All quiet on the Western edge of Warren.  I know of one guy Rex is still calling - he has 100 acres with rex all around him.  I suspect they might be trying to get a unit formed for a test hole near Spring Creek.

I think we will need some results and additional holes in closer to us (from the SW - Crawford, Venango, etc) before we see any serious activity.

Was the lady deceased or does your deed state she retains the gas/oil rights, but either way you probably don't own them but you should check with an attorney to see if in any way they revert to you.

Thats a great questions. Maybe you should have an attorney look into it for you so you know for sure if you have the rights or not. Good luck with this.

I have a question, i bought 2 acres in warren county the deed states that the gas and oil rights stay with the estate (the lady i bought the property off of) the estate was also sold ,who owns the gas and oil rights now?
