I am also looking to lease my mineral rights and have had some interest from quite a few companies. What has been offered in the area? I am hearing upwards of $1500 per acre.

We are close to a pipeline so we should be able to negotiate a little with that on our side too. I think if we stay reasonable and work it a little bit they will give in a little anyway. I have 181 Acres...I am curious as to what they offered you...they offered me 15% a 2 year lease $50 an acre a year delay rental or $100 an acre how ever you look at it... does this sound like what they were telling you?
