I see there is some interest in parts of Guernsey Count particulary the north eastern portion.  Can anyone elaborate on this?  Possibley we even need a Guernsey Co. group.  Thanks!

cant wait to here this one...........
Shale guy You have a very good point if a bad well is drilled in Guernsey County the  bottom will fall out the drillers have alot of acreage tied up and the flippers are sitting on that much more the sweet spot at this time is Harrison and Carrol County , When they start to drill these wells the pipe lines are going to fill up fast If you can not get into the pipe line drilling will come to a hault and leases will not be developed you need to know when to hold em know when to fold em know when to walk away know when to run. Everyone has a number in there head it is time to get serious. Marginall economics in this play will not work when the well is drilled in Wheeling township that will be the tell all so for now Iam all in. Good luck Michael J Belaj

Sounds like a couple of landmen convincing everyone to jump quick...Do your own due diligence and get a number you are happy with and good terms on a lease.  Keep in mind that the numbers are still going up.  More players are moving into the area every day, and they all want what you have.  Haven't heard of any natural gas companies walking away at this point.

If anyone was at the Salt Fork meeting last night let me know  please.

Yes, my wife and I both went to the meeting at Salt Fork last nite.

Anyone in millwood twp recived any money yet? Still not sure who or which to lease to! Seems alot of the leasing talk has slowed down a bit. How about some plus and minus from those who have signed already! Any regrets! My Amish and menonitte neighbors seems to have gone with Sun oil and Gas. Havent signed yet but think I am ready!

Decisions Decisions. My Mom has a large tract in Belmont county seems they were pressured by Wishgard to sign now or we'll be gone! I dont care for that kind of business! Someone out there make me a good honest offer.

Sun put on another meeting in Kenonsberg Weds night although I was not there. Still offering 2450 & 17% but this guy is a lease flipper.
Did she sign with Wishgard? If not, there are now other alternatives in Belmont.
What are the best alternatives at the moment (I have 115 un-signed acres in Northern Belmont).
I really like the look of KWGD. Their site is kwgd.com. They are attorneys that have a good relationship with Chesapeake, but also they search for the best possible deal out there. Very landowner friendly lease. Don't know if they are putting any groups together in Belmont Co. They work by putting groups together of 6000-10000 acres.
