Remember this is a Generational Lease Contract... Insist on GROSS ROYALTY!

Our lease will be in force for GENERATIONS for our FAMILIES!

PLEASE make sure you negotiate for GROSS ROYALTY... VALUE AT THE WELLHEAD!

Even with a lower percentage versus Net royalty or post-production costs, we will get a steady, VERIFIABLE FLOW OF INCOME that will be MUCH GREATER THAN net.

Hi Todd, Is you lease in Hancock County and have you signed it yet? If you have would you mind sharing it either on this website or privately? Did you use a Hancock County attorney?
Hi Joseph,  my current lease expires next May.  Is your property currently under lease?  How many acres do you own?  I own 75 acres on Hardins Run.  I am thinking about using an oil and gas attorney from Canton, but no point in assigning an attorney too early... just a waste of money until ready to sign.
Hi Todd, I own 56 acres in Hancock County, but have mineral rights to another 35 acres very close to my property. Like you am playing the waiting game. Been using a long time family attorney in Hancock County so far.
