:-)  "Know when to hold em & when to fold em"!!!  I hope your current prediction holds true for anyone willing to take the gamble.  However I think my "hold em" days are becoming rather numbered...

Hey, at my age I didn't say I was going to keep on  gambling  that just my prediction. I know when to run and when to fold
:) happy Nelson   You know that I haven't   post for some time                                                       I wasn't feeling good so I went to  a  new  Doc  in town,  I'll call him  DOC CELL Tuesday and had some test done , had a EKG, X rays even a seismic imaging done   .Went back today for the prognosis, he said I have gas and maybe oil  ,  I told  him that I was on Medicare and  ask him what can be done and how much money we talking ,  He said that he'll pay me 20% and $5000  . ok  how you going to do it , well first we have to go in vertical  till we hit it  then horizontal a few feet, than I'll get a fracking crew  and they'll frack you   I was so scared I  ran out of his office and  -------------my draws  ,I got to say I feel:P tongue better now .
LOL... I like the scenario! I thought the way you talked last night that you were still going to hold a while.
Nelson , can't get that email out , call my son Chris ,get my phone #
I will send you a message through here with my personal email in it, then you can reply to me on it.  I do not have any # for Chris except the one over at the shop.  You did say that you could receive emails through the site, just weren't able to reply right?

Call it an educated guess, but I think you'll be seeing signing bonus in the $6,000-$9,000 range within a year. With royalties between 20% and 25%. But, on the other hand, the world economy could slide into a recession. Oil and gas demand could decline, and the whole lease/drill process could be put on hold. Who knows? I'm with Nelson, have signed and now know exactly what to expect. Every landowner must make that very personal decision for themselves and I just hope you get a good lease that you can live with. Best wishes to all.....

Randy
