So, Mike...I'm curious, did you ever get an answer from anyone? I've tried to contact both Chesapeake and chief numerous times over the past several months and my personal opinion is that if they are not interested in what you have....they dont even have the common decency to return your calls and let you know. Believe me, when June rolls around and they come here looking to renew.....my common decency is going right out the window too. I'm tired of this one sided game.

I did find a contact for Chesapeake and Fortuna. Chesapeake was solid to work with. Thanks again for everyones help.

I talked to a lawyer today in Athensl, Ms Rosenbloom, and she said to talk to a lawyer before you sign a lease, she just got a party 6600. per acre.
