It seems to me they are waiting on Charleston to get the new laws passed.

 Cabot and Wishgard are asking , I know of two people who were offered $25 acre by Cabot. Wishgard is better at $600 acre and  %15 royalty .This is in the Rockport area in the last week.

Wishgard is paying $600 per acre and 15% royalty in all of Wood county
