Paul if that is the case do you know if I will still need to sign a lease or can I and what about the royalities ?????? Gary

Gary,

If you are HBP....you already are leased......you will get royalties based on that existing lease ( most likely 12.5%) based on your acreage in the drilling unit....when it happens.

these leases are being bought by Endeavor Ohio..  a privately owened drilling company that is bringing 5 rigs that they own to ohio starting first quarter of 20012... wanted are 1,000 acre blocks only.. will work on case by case offers from land oweners...  Mick Maag

realize that Endeavor plans to drill every lease they accept.. no flipping or transfers here.
