Meeting with WKGD

 Were any of you in attendance at the meeting with KWGD on Monday at the PLCC. I was there and was totally surprised by the number of people in attendance. What were your thoughts about the meeting? I found it to be very informative.

I just read the Letter Agreement with Gulfport and they have 120 days of Due Diligence.  If there is a title defect then the Lessor has 90 days to cure the defect not to exceed 210 days from the date of lease execution.

I have not heard of anyone getting any checks since feb. 3rd.

We signed on 10/2011.  The way I count it, they still have a week from today.  Hang in there!

I recieved my check from Gulfport today,its in the bank.

Good luck to all. Personally, i got the "sorry about your luck" letter  today, because of some 92 yr old mineral rights issue, and a HBP for a domestic well on a neighbors property that hasn't produced in 9 yrs. Great job there local attorney! I have a call into Nathan now in reference to the domestic well.
