We live in the area and just drove out by the site.  The work appears to be on Consol land.  They are pushing dirt around on a pad site just off of Bean Ridge on Buckingham Road.  They have done a good bit of work to the road as well.

Does anyone know if they have started moving equipement in on Buckingham Road?

We finished hauling stone to a pad for CNX two weeks ago today. Turned off of 78 just down the hill past Summerfield. Out Bean Ridge about 3 miles(app), right on Curtis Ridge about 1 1/2 miles(app).

They were drilling the big hole then, and starting to move their equipt. in. Beaver Excav. did the pad.

I haven't heard of Buckingham Road, maybe its the same as Curtis Ridge........????????
