Leasing activity in Lawrence Township, Washington County, Ohio

I am interested in knowing what companies and amount per acre including royalties have been offered in Lawrence Township. Seems like this area has been pretty quiet. It's my understanding that this area could potentialy be full of wet gas? I am also interested in your thoughts about if you border with Wayne National property. How that can effect your offer with a company that approaches you with a lease offer? Looking forward to your comments and knowledge.

Thank you for the reply Billy. I was hoping to find some replies to acerage in Lawrence township . I have been reading most of the posts and comments on the site you just posted and do not see any concrete details as of yet, but thank you for replying and keep me posted if you find out anything.
