No, no, I'm talking bout tyler cnty in wv...

That's an out right lie.  One person on this site compained about getting a release and the facts state that while he was on the site complaining courthouse records prove he had already been released.  How low will these people stoop to support their own anti Wishgard agenda?

If Wishgard had not showed up in Ohio.  How many of the landowners they signed and paid or even those that just attended their meeting would have been taken advantage of at $50 an acre.  Once again you guys are barking up the wrong tree.  Wishgard has done more than anyone to educate Ohio residents.

In Trumbull county Wishgard signed people up at $1,500/acre.  BP signed people for $3,900/acre.  That's quite an "education" that you've given people.  Was your seminar titled "How to leave huge amounts of money on the table 101"?

yea...and lets not forget about the perpetual royality percentage.

Your numbers are wrong and misleading on many levels.  Signed up verse paid... a big difference.

Not to mention that half our Trumbull acreage has recieved a deep horizontal drill commitment.  Among other benefits. But its time for me to digress.

I appreciate everyones passion and wish all of you nothing but the best.

There is a last thought or question I want to leave you with; and that is what were people getting paid and signing up for before Wishgard came into the areas?

What other companies were operating in those areas at the time and what was their offer?  These are legitimate questions that deserve consideration from this sites detractors.

Again, I wish all of you nothing but the best.  Wishgard will continue to put our money were our mouth is, we will continue to take pride in educating landowners.

We love our neighbors from the Appalachian Basin and love the United States of America.

In America people disagree on various subjects.  Often times there is alot more to the story than is what is originally posted.  Wishgard is an open book full of saved farms, good contracts, and drill commitments.

At this point my blogging days are over.  Again I want to thank everyone for there passion and consideration.

God bless us All.

I don't even know what to say to that!
Donna, just like the lyrics from the Meatloaf trac "you took the words right out of my mouth!"

"Your numbers are wrong and misleading on many levels.  Signed up verse paid... a big difference. "

No, there's no difference, Ed.  If you had people sign up and commit @ $1,500/acre you're not going to pay them more when you receive payment.  To pretend otherwise is simply a lie.

"Not to mention that half our Trumbull acreage has recieved a deep horizontal drill commitment.  Among other benefits. But its time for me to digress."

Wow, you mean the land you leased for deep, horizontal drilling will be used for deep, horizontal drilling?  Well golly, Ed, that changes my whole perspective of you and your company of snakes and sharpers.  Because Chesapeake, Rex, Hess, BP, Anadarko, Antero, PDC, Gulfport, Devon and Halcon were just planning on paying billions of dollars in order to drill Clinton wells.  None of that fancy deep, horizontal drilling was even contemplated until ole Wishgard came along.

"At this point my blogging days are over."

So after posting misleading information and trying to snooker people out of a good payday you simply run away?  Wishgard is a class act, folks.

Anyone hear of Matmark? I have a friend in Congress who has them after him. They say they are based in Byesville and leasing for 4k, which I find humorous since tusc county never really hit that number. The other thing I found pathetic is they won't say who they are leasing for (cause they don't exisit I'm sure).

I also heard of someone in the Burbank area being offered 4k. The owner didn't trust the people and turned them down. I didn't get the name though, sorry.

Hey JSmith, are three post that say that offers of $4,000 have been recieved in the Wayne county area sufficient for you, or do you need all of them notarized and recorded for them to be legitimate! Thanks for the back-up Dan & Nate.
