Just saw the notice that Chesapeake has filed for a new drill and operate well permit for the Tharpe pad.  Must be some attraction to this area if they are going to do more drilling since the lines are in.

Where can you see that permits were filed. I can only see the ones that were issued on the DEP website.

Go to this site and you can sign up to receive notices for permits and stuff.

That way, after you've made your selections, you receive an email notice when a permit is filed or changes are made.

Thanks Larry!

How do you find completion reports in PA for the wells?

Cheers! Todd

I'm looking for a good current site myself.  With Tharpe and Burdick coming on line, I'd like to be able to check and confirm numbers.

Check out:  http://www.rlstore.com/      There is some information there.  If you find anything, please share.

Ok thanks... will do.

Range has some Well Completion Reports available on its website to show what was used in its fracking fluids for the public.  So, I would think if you can't find the completion report on the their website, you could call them.

I looked over some RRC completion reports for Washington County on their website.  However, they didn't show much in terms of initial production.  But did show the lithology.

This is the DEP site.  So far Thompson is the only well listed.  Read through their info to get an idea of how, when, where info will be available.

Has anyone seen the "Roberts Pad" in Chippewa come up on the DEP notices?  I've seen 3 so far.  I was wondering where exactly this pad is going to be if anyone knows.  I'm thinking right off of achortown road near rolling acres pad but am not 100% sure.

Also I seemed to have not been getting any updates or post.  Has the site changed? do I need to do anything different than before.  I was able to sign in with no problem.

Thanks!

The Roberts well is going to be drilled on the old Campbell farm located down Park road to Orchard Lawn road which dead ends at the Campbell farm. His daughter married a Roberts and acquired some land from the farm. I have a customer that is within the 3,000 ft limit of notification because he has a water well. I've seen the paperwork....they are going SouthSouthEast from there.

Redesigned site, but the notifications the same.  There have been just a few notices, mostly updates on existing pads.  Not any flurry of activity lately.

One unconfirmed report places the pad out off of 37th street extension, but that was just speculation.

Larry, thanks for the link.  I'm on there and ( the list of proposed pads? ) sent u out a friend request.
