Do you mean Eclipse Resources? If so, they are very good with customer relations, send Marilou Wright an email requesting info on your lease payment. She will respond promptly.

Dotte,
Many people have title issues discovered when they try to lease their minerals. These types of problems are very common, and companies like Eclipse are used to dealing with them. Quite often, the leasing companies will try to help you work out these issues so you can lease your minerals to them. Depending on what type of "problem" you are experiencing, and how crucial your property is to the leasing company's plans for your area, you may not at all be SOL. Keep in close contact with Eclipse, if these problems can be worked out, they may still want to lease your minerals. Best of luck to you.
Thank you, Mr. Perry, that's correct. And Mrs. Adamik, we certainly want your acreage and we will be talking further with you as to the best manner in which to attempt to resolve the title questions, if we can - I have received your emails and have been talking to our title people. Just bear with us while we get our ducks in a row. So to speak.

OK! if you erase all the rude and nasty comments on here! I would be more than happy too just for you!
Your welcome Mrs. Adamik, you are very lucky to have leased with Eclipse. They are very professional and their level of consideration for their clients is as good as it gets. Good luck to you & Joe, but don't count your chickens before they hatch!
I hope the two of you can take a cruise on the ship when it comes in, I'm sure you deserve it after raising 5 children!
I just wish Eclipse was leasing in Butler County, PA so I could have the pleasure of dealing with such an outstanding company.
eclipse was 2 days late with my payment, and i called them asking what was wrong, and if my lease was still valid since they did not meet the terms of my lease. there answer was to fed ex a check overnight back dated to before the lease expired. this would not have been a big deal if not for the fact that this was right before the end of the year which could have cost me thousands in money because of taxes. i had a neighbor negoiate a better deal [more money] later on, but with a shorter payment date so it would come before the end of the year. guess what they just happen to be late and with them and they did not receive their payment in time. i wonder if i had not threatened to ask for a release from my lease if i would have received mine in time. say what you want about any company including eclipse, they are all scum, and will take advantage of you without representation. the longer they hold your payment the more interest they make on the money. best advice get a lawyer. i did and i got my money and a good contract
I reviewed your file and it would appear that payment was made in a timely manner and delivered within the agreed upon period of time. It's inappropriate to provide confidential landowner information in a public forum but I will be happy to do so with your permission. Please also note that even if we wanted to, our accounting software does not allow us to generate backdated checks. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to email us directly and we will be happy to address any issues.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
