Have 3 acres of land in susequana county. R people getting any royalties at this time? Haven't herd anything since we initially receive our lease price from chesapeke oil company.

Are you in a unit with a producing well? You would have to be to receive any royalties.

Christine, I did a quick search on LANDEX.com, which is a pay site that is really cheap to use once you master the search techniques. Anyway, I did not notice a declaration of pooling filed referencing your lease. Susquehanna Co. is one of the most active in the Marcellus so it may be just a matter of time. Good luck to you.
