If the Industry is not allowed to operate in Youngstown, this is a direct indication that the Industry is not welcome in Youngstown.

If Youngstown threatens to enact a fracing ban, perhaps the Industry should explain that if their presence is not welcome - then their money is not welcome - the Industry should consider a Youngstown ban.

The Industry should inform the public of Youngstown as to how much business (in goods and services) they do within the borders of Youngstown. And, the Industry should inform the public of Youngstown that if they are not welcome, the public of Youngstown should not be surprised if the Industry take their jobs and money elsewhere.

All IMHO,

Majority of Youngstown is leased and HBP.  Once Hilcorp, CNX, Halcon, CHK,BP start offering the residents bonuses, they all will come over from the darkside.  Too much industry already doubled down in Ohio, no one really takes the eco-nuts seriously, but glad even the democrats are fighting for the industry.
