Help Research DUX Petroleum LLC

We have been unable to find much information about DUX Petroleum LLC, a company offering to lease land in Washington County, Ohio.

It occurred to us that if we asked members of gomarcellusshale to help search, together we could learn more.

Please help search and post what ever you find.

The website for DUX Petroleum LLC is: http://duxpetro.com/ but there are no links of any kind - no telephone number or address, no "about us" links or any other information.

A search on corporationwiki.com lead to this link:

From them we learned that:

DUX Petroleum LLC was founded 10/25/12

It has a single member: Adam Popejoy

Its principle address is: 4403 48th St., Lubbock, TX 79414-3601

Because DUX Petroleum LLC is so new there is very little information about it. The only option may be to search for more information about Adam Popejoy and any of the companies he is associated with,

not so, Sam...I'm sure many people DID try their hand at 'uncovering the shell' that DUX is under. I tried...and came with with nothing different that what else WAS already established. Can't pull blood from a stone...FRACK G/O from the shale (stone)...ghost in the machine?

Rockefeller's 'Standard' still lives (stealth?!)? interesting thought - they'd sure have the ability to 'keep things secret' AND to remain 'stealth' & have a 'fractional reserve' at their fingertips that would NOT be held 'under a microscope' like they ended up being at one time...Welcome to FASST / DUX RYU ...run with it (if you're fast enough...). OK, hot shots....Do you best not to be myoipic, do you best to 'expand you horizons' - THINK 'outside of the box'.

Ever hear of a ohrase: Hide in plain site? How about 'plain as the nose on your face'?...

Let's subtly try to engage in civil 'conflict resolution' while executing the Art of G/O War(?)...OR the subtle art of Convergence...(GG. 5.17.13).

When it all comes down to it - it's simply a matter of OBSERVATION +.... using your senses is the entire 'win' in life.

It was the strangest thought that I came up with...nah'...but it came to me after putting up Frank DUX...and got this Welcome to FASST / DUX RYU ... interesting isn't it...then I'm thinking how that fella from Canada...did any of you people learn any Co. names from him?

SO, then where an I going with this?...WELL, 'we' tend to think in RELATION to what WE are dealing with...the world is a very, very large place - yet not at all.... People's 'macrocosm' is their 'world/surroundings' - where they ARE, what they are DOING...so you really aren't thing about 'Frank Dux, Chinese food, some guy named 'Mengliu Lu' in Toronto with some Canadian OEM? Co. offering to 'buy leases' in a myriad of manners in PA...who wrote a paper concerning the 'Monte Carlo Method' of options trading - listing a myriad of G/O Companies...coincidence.

We ALL know how China would like to 'be in our back pocket'...maybe THIS is how this is being done? The Art of Subtlety'?

I read all of those people with Dux Petroleum...alot of Mexican/Spanish names...could it be that they are really based in Mexico - or South America?

There are an awful lot of very bright individuals out there...I'm not that smart. I know that the computer technology has enabled many things that have 'broadened the entire WORLD's ability concerning communication & how 'business' is now being done.

Anyone, anywhere (in the WORLD!) could be 'DUX'...did you read the 'Frank Dux'...he's NOT just a master of martial arts - of the art of the mind, spirit, AND body. READ.

What an insult, Sam. Who do you think you are? Frank DUX?...I am not you (thank God), and you are not me...I can offer something that as ANNOYED & UPTIGHT (possibly more the latter?...) you with me. Then there is an EASY 'solution' for you: *Don't read anything written by myself *IF you DO read - and are 'annoyed' - then don't comment (as you seem to do...thank you.) ... Look at the size of this jumbled, disjointed, irrational reply to Samuel's two sentence post.  A perfect example of uselessness, that proves what others (and myself) have said about these two. (GG and Frank, whom I guarantee will soon react with his usual boasting of his vast "fortune",lol).  They denigrate my offer of sharing my experiences in this play, and attempt to post some "examples" of their superior knowledge.  Shameful.  This is a very informative site, however it loses its effectiveness when these two posers drown out everyone else.

You yourself tried to spin my experience as "expertise" (or was it Frank, your partner in uselessness?  It's hard to separate the continuous stream of nonsense that both of you post).

Frank dismissed subjects that I referenced as "past issues", as if they possibly couldn't apply to anyone on here.

These are two examples of denigration, to say nothing of the constant references to women, as if being a member of the female gender is something to be ashamed of.

Maybe someone will be able to enkindle some "nobleness" in you, though I have serious doubts.  Your hypocrisy is breathtaking.

There are some people out there with real expertise who post very valuable material. Jack Straw and Kangoo are two that come to mind. On the other had there are Dux and GG who seem to use the forum primarily for their own amusement. They do not seem to care at all when they interrupt a coherent informational thread with their obnoxious gibberish. Dux apparently has done well and is receiving nice royalty income. That being said, people with class do not brag about their good fortune!

I've offered my experiences to those who do not want the thread hijacked by you and GG, Frank.  I never called myself an "expert" to anyone.  I do however have experience in leasing, and in ROWS and production, among others.

I'm the one "REALLY hard to take"?  Wow, read some of your posts, and GG"s...now they are hard to take, lol...

"Frank and GG are very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful to everyone on this site,,"  Said no one ever...
