Companies buying mineral rights

I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on companies who are or might buy mineral rights in Warren County.  We have 94 acres of unleased land that we are looking sell the mineral rights.

why would they want to buy them if they weren't worth something?

Are you talking about Warren Co. Ohio or Pennsylvania?  Have you tried to look up if there are any landowner groups in your area?

We live in Warren County Pennsylvania. I have not checked out about landowner groups but will now. Thanks for the idea.
