Hypothetical/ I'm a farmer,I have 350 acres I have timber. Timber co. comes,gets the logs out,we split the $$$ from sale. I have oil.gas,condensate. the driller gets it out of the ground, the investors foot the bill,,we split the profits 1/3 each. what's it take the recover the costs, 3 months?
