No vote. No czar. Local zoning laws only. No one, absolutely no one should decide what someone does with their property except the individual landowner.
Be careful what you ask for. There are plenty of urban dwellers who believe you shouldn't even live in the country. If their landowner coalition had its way we would be placed in high rises as they believe no one should own land.

We already have the Czar here in Ohio (in the ODNR Gas and Oil Division Chief) and I don't like it a bit.

I for one would like to see that changed.

Gas & Oil lobbyists already have had their way with the politicians and the landowners here in Ohio.

Are you from either the great state of Pennsylvania or the great state of West Virginia ?

What we have here in Ohio in my opinion is a huge over reach by the State Government.

Landowners need to bring it to them.

If that's the way it is then let's us landowners talk to the State about compensation for lost valuable consideration.

IMHO.

They want us all packed in small, stackable, controllable housing units.  The lands then return to mother nature - to prevent us from destroying nature with our golf clubs, hunting rifles, campfires, logging, evil mining for minerals and other deplorable ruining of the land.  Agenda 21?  It is a long read, but it's there.  Slow and steady...

When we no longer own our lands or minerals it will be of no more concern to any of us.  That's when the collective or hive mentalitiy will have won the game.  What do we do?  As a society - we look more like cattle everyday.  Add to that the simple human nature of greed.  "I got mine - F@#@ everyone else" mentality that keeps us torn apart.  God help us my friends and countrymen!

Why is supplying the rest of the world our job ?

My thoughts are that we should be concentrating more on our domestic production and conversion to natural gas from gasoline and diesel.

To me that program is being sacrificed for the sake of all the rest of the world.

We subsidize wars instead of subsidizing our own immediate best interest.

How does that even make a little sense ?

All of course only in my opinion.

non binding or no,  for the united nations to even put thinking such as 21 down on paper is a good enough reason to force the united nations out of America.  building would make a good V.A. hospital.
