Jason,

Big companies can have criminal charges filed against them when the evidence is documented & reported to the states Attorney General.

Awesome news, no clue how I missed this. What is frustrating is the fact that we don't know if these wells are wide open, sealed shut, etc. lol

Bill,

The wells are mostly significantly choked back when in production mode. The current mantra is that choking the wells back flattens the type curve, preserves reservoir pressure, and increases EUR's. These items, in turn, theoretically maximize ROI's. This is a "Monkey see, monkey do" world, so next week may bring a different production scheme.

....And for those of you who are still running an older version of Excel, 1997 thru 2003, attached is file you can read with the same data.

Also posted files for 1st and 2nd quarter 2013.

I was somewhat amazed when reading this thread. My wells are producing NGL and the BTU content is high enough that is being sold for close to oil value, and that's about two and half times the number that is quoted elsewhere in this thread. I'm glad that I'm dealing with Atlas!.

Al if you dont mind sharing....how much per well per acre are u getting?

$25.30 per acre per 1% of royalty. It's been holding steady at this dollar value for the last four months

Thanks Al, hope they stay steady & last a loooong time for you!

So $506 per acre per month for a 20% gross lease.

or  $379.50  for 15%

or 293.75   for 12.5%

Excellent....I could live with that!

thanks for the info Al.........and congrats............good to hear some NGLs worth that much......we have mostly been hearing $35/bbl range.
