20,000 acres

20,000 acres in the heart of the Utica shale fairway unleased? Guernsey County,Ohio. Salt Fork state Park.. Someone needs to get to the bottom of this. Why isn't it leased? If it is ,Why doesn't the public know? If it isn't,why not?  Politics?  Legal problems?  Everyone cant be in the dark.  Someone knows the answers,  maybe a Gag order?  Big Secret?

And the possibility of letting it get force pooled , I heard that if you get force pooled you get 100percent of royalties after the well is paid for ....

Not exactly.  Depends on the terms that the Chief lays out.  In many cases it's a 100% NRI after the operator gets a 200-300% return.  It's situational.  I believe the forced pooling order for Halcon's Kibler well was at 300%.  Which means the owner of the pooled properties will never see a single penny from the well on their property.
